• Saturday 30th June saw the first District Open Day to coincide with the District AGM at Rhydd Covert, and even though the weather wasn't so great, the turnout was. Thanks to all who helped organise this event and those who came along on the day.

• 100 Pints – of Blood - As part of our commitment to do something positive & “make a difference” in our centenary year we are working together with the Blood Transfusion Service to record the number of “Scout Pints” donated in Kidderminster during 2007. Anyone aged 18 or over who has a link with Scouting can take part – that’s Leaders, Helpers, Committee Members, Parents, anyone.

More information on when future sessions will take place locally can be found on the Blood Transfusion Website – www.blood.co.uk - Please remember to mention that you are giving a "Scout Pint" to the Nurse on donation.
